Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliate Program Terms Eligibility Affiliates must have an approved WersantSaaS account, a valid Affiliate ID, and an active affiliate account. The program is open to eligible affiliates promoting products across participating brands. Referral Tracking A referral is eligible only when the customer identifies the affiliate and provides the valid Affiliate ID at the time of payment. The affiliate must be signed up and approved before the transaction. Referrals remain eligible for six months without membership payment. After that period, the affiliate must activate or renew membership to continue participating. Commissions Commission applies to eligible paid products and transactions attributed to a valid Affiliate ID. The applicable commission rate is the rate shown in the Affiliate Program. Commission is calculated only after successful payment and completion of the applicable refund review period. No commission is earned on a transaction that cannot be attributed to a valid Affiliate ID. Refunds and Chargebacks Commissions for refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged-back purchases will be reversed or adjusted. WersantSaaS may hold commission amounts while a refund or chargeback is under review. Payouts Approved commissions are paid monthly in USD when the affiliate’s available balance reaches the configured minimum payout. Available payout methods are PayPal, Payoneer, or Stripe, subject to the method configured for the program. Affiliates must provide required tax documentation through the separate process supplied by WersantSaaS. Do not submit Social Security numbers through the affiliate dashboard. Inactivity If membership is not activated after the six-month membership waiver period, WersantSaaS will send 15 days’ notice before suspending the affiliate account for inactivity. Special promotions may have different terms if stated when offered. Termination WersantSaaS may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for fraud, misuse, violation of these terms, or other valid program reasons. Unpaid commissions may be withheld when associated with fraudulent, reversed, or disputed transactions, subject to applicable law. Disputes Affiliate Program questions or disputes should be submitted to WersantSaaS through its designated support channel. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith, subject to applicable law and any governing agreement.
